We're looking for an experienced Designer to lead concept development and to bring the creative vision to life- from the first sketch to the final installation. This role is for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving creative challenges, and transforming ideas into beautifully executed spaces.

What You'll Do

• Lead concept development and creative direction for each wedding
• Create layouts, 3D models, renders, and client presentations
• Present design ideas confidently to clients and guide creative discussions
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams to bring concepts to life
• Oversee on-site execution and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard
• Make creative decisions across layouts, materials, florals, styling, and spatial design

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–4 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related field
• Is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp (or another 3D software), and Photoshop (Illustrator/InDesign is a bonus)
• Has exceptional design sensibility and meticulous attention to detail
• Is confident communicating ideas with clients, vendors, and collaborators
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems creatively
• Is willing to travel across India for weddings when required

If you're passionate about design, curious to learn, and excited by thoughtfully crafted spaces, we'd love to have you join our studio as a Junior Designer. You'll work alongside our design team and gain hands-on experience creating weddings from concept through execution.

What You'll Do

• Assist with concept development, mood boards, and presentations
• Help create layouts, 3D models, renders, and Photoshop visuals
• Research materials, crafts, references, and styling ideas
• Support the preparation of drawings, presentations, and wedding collaterals
• Assist with vendor coordination and on-site wedding execution
• Learn every stage of the design process while contributing to live projects

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has recently completed a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Has working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp (or another 3D software), and Photoshop
• Has a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Is curious, organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• Enjoys collaborating and isn't afraid to ask questions
• Is willing to travel across India for weddings when required

• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and venue teams
• Create production schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Manage logistics, transportation, and material movement
• Conduct site visits and oversee installations
• Troubleshoot on-site and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly
• Work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in wedding production, events, exhibitions, or a related field
• Is highly organised with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Can manage multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously
• Is proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
• Is willing to travel and work flexible hours during wedding installations
