We're always looking for thoughtful, driven people to help us bring weddings to life, from the first sketch to the final installation.

We're looking for an experienced event designer to lead concept development and own the creative vision for our weddings, from the first sketch to the final installation. This is a leadership role for someone ready to run the design process end to end, not assist with it.

What You'll Do

  • Lead concept development and own the creative direction for each wedding
  • Manage client presentations and communicate design vision with confidence
  • Coordinate vendors and production teams to bring the concept to life
  • Oversee execution on-site and maintain design quality at every stage
  • Make creative decisions across layouts, materials, and styling
  • Take ownership of the project from first sketch to final installation

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a background in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Has proven experience leading design projects from concept to execution
  • Is proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software of choice, and Photoshop (Illustrator/InDesign is a bonus)
  • Has a strong eye for aesthetics and the confidence to defend a creative point of view
  • Is comfortable leading client conversations and managing vendors directly
  • Is willing to travel for weddings when required

What You'll Do

  • Assist with concept development, mood boards, and presentations
  • Research materials, crafts, and styling elements
  • Help create layouts, 3D models, and Photoshop visuals
  • Support sourcing for materials, props, and vendors
  • Support production and on-site wedding execution
  • Learn hands-on from senior designers across every stage of a project

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Is currently studying or has a background in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Has a genuine curiosity for design, craft, and detail
  • Is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a collaborative studio
  • Has basic familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D software, or Photoshop (a bonus, not a requirement)
  • Is proactive, organised, and excited to learn
  • Is willing to travel for weddings when required

  • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and venue teams
  • Create production schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Manage logistics, transportation, and material movement
  • Conduct site visits and oversee installations
  • Troubleshoot on-site and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly
  • Work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience in wedding production, events, exhibitions, or a related field
  • Is highly organised with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Can manage multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
  • Is willing to travel and work flexible hours during wedding installations
